Consent to Personal Data Processing

What you agree to when you send a request to JZ-MoBoost GmbH, and how to withdraw it.

What you consent to

That MoBoost may contact you about your request by e-mail, phone or messenger.
That the data you submit (name, work e-mail, company, role and your message) is processed for handling that request.
That further marketing communication is sent only where you have given separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Storage and retention

Data is transmitted and stored using TLS encryption (https), in accordance with the GDPR.
Application documents are stored for 1 year and then deleted.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to privacy@moboost.at. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. No cold calls, no spam.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Wien). Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
