• Access is granted for the agreed term and may not be resold without written consent.

• You may upload only material you are entitled to process, and you are responsible for informing interview participants as required by law.
• The service analyses the material you provide and produces supporting insights; it does not make hiring decisions.
• Misuse, reverse engineering and automated bulk extraction of the service are not permitted.

• AI-generated output is decision support. The recruiter reviews it and makes the final decision.
• Output may contain errors and must be checked against the underlying conversation, which every insight links back to.
• No automated decision-making with legal effect is performed.

• Fees, term and notice periods follow the individual offer agreed with you.
• Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by Austrian law.
